ALIEN is THE THING in deep space - where nobody can hear you scream. Starring a young Sigourney Weaver, it's every bit as scary, suspenseful and claustrophobic as that 1951 alien-at-the-North-Pole movie - just with more special effects. Need I recap the plot? A mining ship, investigating a suspected S.O.S. lands on a distant planet, whereon the crew discovers some very nasty creatures and unwittingly adds them to the passenger list. For sheer shock, it's tough to beat the famous "chest bursting" scene!
